Making nutritious and delicious sauces requires exquisite craftsmanship and strict hygiene standards.

1. Raw material preparation
Choose fresh fruits or chocolate beans, wash them, peel them, remove the cores and cut them into appropriate sizes.
2. Fruit pulp processing
The processed fruits are blended or pulped to make pulp.
3. Cooking and blending
The fruit pulp is transferred to the Jingye high-pressure steaming and mixing pot for blending and cooking until thick. Stir thoroughly during the cooking process to prevent the bottom from sticking. The PLC fully automatic system can preset multiple plans to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
4. Cooling
The cooked jam is transferred to the fine industry cooling and mixing tank for rapid cooling to prevent further heating which may cause quality changes.
5. Filling and sterilization
Put the cooled jam jars into clean bottles or jars and then sterilize them.
6. Seal and label
Seal and label the sterilized products.
7. Finished products
The finished products can be used as seasoning, baking, etc.
