1.Tomato elevator
In the first step of production, the raw tomatoes are automatically, smoothly and humorously lifted to the cleaning and sorting area by the tomato elevator.
Features: Adopts SUS304 stainless steel made and the Elevating speed is adjustable.
We provide a customized size for the selection conveyor.
2.Tomato Washing & Sorting Machine
Purpose: Thorough cleaning and sorting are carried out to remove surface impurities, soil and unqualified tomatoes, thus ensuring that the tomatoes for subsequent processing are of high quality.Features: Use multiple cleaning methods such as bubbling and spraying to ensure thorough cleaning.
3.Tomato Crusher Machine
Purpose: The tomato crusher crushes the washed tomatoes into smaller particles or pulp to prepare for subsequent processing.
Features: Made of stainless steel to prevent contamination; sharp knives and good crushing effect.
4.Pulping and Refiing Machine
Purpose: Once crushed, the tomatoes are then processed into a tomato pulp extractor finisher for further fine pulping, which removes the seeds and skin from the tomatoes, ensuring a smoother, more uniform texture in the final product.
Features: Double screw extrusion design to ensure high pulping rate and no large particles remain.
5.Fruit Sauce Fruit Juice Buffer Tank
Purpose: After the tomato pulp is prepared, it will be stored in the jam juice buffer tank. This equipment plays a buffering role, keeping the tomato pulp stable and uniform, and providing sufficient pulp for subsequent processing.

6.Tomato Sauce Paste Vacuum Concentration Tank
Purpose: Remove excess water by evaporation to make the tomato pulp reach the required solid concentration (usually 24%-30%) to form a thick tomato paste.Through the vacuum concentration process, the natural aroma and nutrients of tomatoes can be effectively retained.

7.Fruit Jam Ketchup Storage Tank with Cooling Jacket
Purpose:The concentrated tomato paste is stored in a jam tomato paste storage tank with a cooling jacket. This equipment not only stores the concentrated tomato paste, but also quickly cools it down through the cooling jacket to prepare for the next filling operation.
